This is by by far the most important weekend as a dad I have had yey,all three girls are Garstang Morris Dancers on Whit Monday.The best bit is that Rebecca is right at the front with Jessica in the middle and Emily at the back.They have been training for the last 7 weeks to get ready for the big day and as it turned out it stayed dry.All the pubs have bunting as does the town and the old Market Cross is dressed up with flowers,I took the first pictures this morning at around 06:45 and there were people getting stuff ready then.

I got some meat and stuff and took it all round to Dads so that visitors could all eat and drink,Jo and I are dry as we are both driving later on - first boat over to Ireland at 18:00 and Jo to drop me off at work.We also went to the boat festival at Glasson dock to see the boats all done up for the Bank Holiday

We dropped the girls off at the old Parish Hall to get ready for the day,I like this bit the best as they all come out looking as pretty as flowers in full bloom it was enough when only one was doing it but to have all three daughters was something I shall never forget.

Garstangs new Traffic car was on display at the front of the parade

Jessica was not only in the Morris Dancing but she also was in the Garstang Gymnastic Club display that was on the football field straight after the Morris Dancers

DCL have always provided trucks and trailers for the day and its not often you see them decked out like this.
