When I am sat on my own in my cab,downloading photographs from my camera or phone onto my laptop its nice to get a surprise once in a while.This is when one of the girls have taken pictures on the sly without me knowing and it always brings a smile to my face.
							We went to the open day at Myerscough on Sunday.Jess was doing a display so we got our hands on a free ticket.It rained all day and was a bit of a washout.The highlight was the Owl display and the man in charge let me go and take some pictures close up of the Eagle Owl which has the best face I have ever seen.
It was pretty cool to look at but on the other hand it seems a shame to keep birds like this.I see loads of birds on my travels and there is nothing better than seeing huge birds of prey flying around but then on the other hand without captive birds like this how will the young get a chance to see them close up like this?.
The dog is growing fast,and loves to run around.His tongue will drag on floor if it keeps on growing and when he runs hes all paws and ears.He hates being on his own and thinks that the rabbit fancies him,other than that he fits in well with the family.We got him a tent dog house to get him ready for the Wales holiday.
It was up to Leven to pick up some sleepers for the Isle of Man,the was spent in the yard ready for a 07:30 load in the morning.The Fish and Chip shop was the first port of call once I had parked up as I had been rushing around all and had'nt stopped and I was starving hungry..The place to go is the One 'O' One chippy just up from the timber yard - £3.80 for fish and chips.A traditional chippy with two beautiful girls behind the counter who I am sure gave more chips than was aloud as I had said when I went how hungry I was!.
				There was a nice run of steal up to Motherwell this week,the waiting around for a crane was a killer as up until then the week was flying by.Straight after Motherwell it was back down and reload for Aberdeen.The M74 was a treat as was the A90.Gorgeous sunshine and the verges are full of Lupins which could of sown I am not sure but they look cracking.There is still some snow on the highest peaks in the distance.
