Crewkerne twice this week,in what has been a fine sunny week.The VOSA boys were out in force and hauling people in left right and centre.Carnage on the M5 southbound as caravans and cars broke down for what ever reason.I saw one that had stopped in the middle lane.The old dude in his car just sitting there.His silly caravan providing protection from the traffic bearing down on him at 70mph.

I am going to do a page for pictures taken on my phone,it is now nearly a year old and is still in good condition,I am still taking 95% of the pictures that are on this site with it and some days I look and think for a phone it is the mutts nuts as the two butterfly pictures show.

They were taken using the macro mode on a windy day.It was also one of the few butterflys I have seen this year close up.

Every year I do it,look for bloody apple trees in the hedgerows on the roads of the UK,and every time I end up driving past them to quick to stop.There is one on the M5 with the biggest,redest apples I have ever seen and one day god willing the obligatoire Friday jam will start just where it is.Speaking of all things french,I was able to knock up a fresh cup of coffee for a French driver whilst in a jam on the M6, he told me that the transport/driving industry in France is in a bad way and most of the drivers are moving on to ther work.He did his national service in Nimes with the French airforce.
